4 ABA MOMS

Before I was an ABA Consultant, I was an ABA Mom!  When my son, Lucas, was diagnosed with autism in 1999, we implemented an intensive (30 hr/wk) home-based ABA program.  With my business background and experience, I was able to run an efficient and effective behavioral program for my son.  If you are an ABA Mom, you know how time consuming and stressful your life as "Program Coordinator" can be!  You also know that the progress you see in your child makes it all worthwhile!

What We Do

I created 4 ABA MOMS to share the fruits of my labor* as the Program Coordinator for my son's home-based ABA program.  4 ABA MOMS will provide tips, suggestions, and strategies for managing the administrative components of your child's program:

• Recruiting and managing staff of therapists, including scheduling and staff motivation
• Obtaining and/or creating instructional materials and administrative forms
• Organizing and maintaining data collection and other paperwork
• Keeping your team focused on your child's therapy goals

I got the old program materials out of storage, dusted them off, and have been reading through it all!  Some of it may be obsolete; however, I hope you find some beneficial information in the days to come!
